ABOUT: Within a nation that struggles with the constant thought of injustice the lower class falls within the cracks of a system that forces those with potential and individuality to conform. Out of this process comes 4 individuals willing to make an impact and create movement. Resistance 13 is that entity. A SOCIALLY ACTIVE SOCIETY- SOMETHING TO BE SAID. Theres a system that's persistently stating that we must not be individualized, that we must give up on our dreams, because hard times have forced us into a situation that we cannot escape and it will NEVER get better. Regardless of the source we choose to believe this statement. We're all just trying to get by, and in the meantime we've forgotten who we are, where we have come from, and WHAT we are fighting for. On the other side of the spectrum those who have succeeded in "getting by" have forgotten about those that ARE fighting and facing hard times. They just move on allowing indifference to continue in turn allowing the poor to get poorer and the elite to rise to the maximum amount of power. Injustice sweeps the land like an epidemic filled with poverty and political corruption and the core values in which we have been raised upon have been thrown out the window to make space for a new age of selfishness, pride and our own greedy endeavors. Large Corporations continue to corrupt our ideals filling us with the idea that the more "stuff" we have the more we are valued. The media persistently forces an idea that we must "constantly upgrade". Instead of valuing a person for who they really are, we measure "they're worth" by how successful they are in the workplace or by the multitude of possessions they possess. THESE ARE ALL DISTRACTIONS! In the meantime society continually tries to live up to those ideals only to fail and be reminded again of "what we didn't do right"instead of being acknowledged for what we've suffered through or what WE HAVE accomplished. We forget that we have already faced an opposing governmental force during the birth of the nation, lived through 1 civil war, 2 world wars, and endured a depression. This country still consists of "good people" we've just chosen to take the easy way out. We are the sons and daughters of Iron workers, Coal miners, Military Servicemen, and Factory workers, all of which contributed to building the backbone of America. THIS COUNTRY BELONGS TO US! Ordinary Hard Working Americans. The Government, Large Corporations, and the Media have caused us to disband creating a negative, pessimistic feeling or anger and judgment amongst each other. That anger must be molded and shaped into an intervention of understanding and education of its original creator. Anger IS NOT "our solution" yet it creates passion for us to be educated in the things that WE MUST change. In the meantime we have children raising children. In darkness we try to rise from the depths only to be pulled down by the red tape of a system that works in favor of a higher power. Resistance 13 is the sound of revolution, the sound of opposition, , a battleground for the truth to fight this so called system that has forces us for far too long to submit and compromise. Resistance 13 is that "One Moment" that we say"No More". The one moment that we say that injustice will no longer prevail. The day we take action and fight for what is truly ours. The day we re-acknowledge what WE DO stand for and remember WHERE we've come from. We will no longer be bullied by a system that says we will submit. These are the words of the fallen. These are the words of the abused. These are the words of the truth, the life, and the death of a system that will no longer succeed in the failure of the not so fortunate.
