ELDURAYS is a revival of a band that was formed in the 60's consisting of four eager high school friends who won a local talent contest.Their prize would take them to a recording studio in Pittsburgh to cut a record, but circumstances altered their plans. It was the time of the Vietnam War, and one of the members was drafted and later killed in action. Saddened by this loss, the group disbanded.
Now, some 40 years later, one of these former members decided to regroup and revive his dream. Being the only original member, he recruited five new members. These talented musicians now form the current ELDURAYS band.You won't be disappointed when you hear this band's enterpretation of
such classic hits as Great Balls of Fire, My Girl, Blue Suede Shoes, I Feel Good and popular instrumentals like Wipe Out, Green Onions, and Tequila. Our song list includes many more classic hits from the 50's, 60's, and 70's.
