Raised in Wellsburg, WV, a graduate of Brooke High School ('71), West Liberty (then) State College ('75) and long time resident of Wheeling, WV, D. David Stiles is the Director of Music for Abundant Life Baptist Church in Triadelphia, WV (near Wheeling). There he serves the Lord as the church accompanist and choir director and also presents many of the music ministry song selections there. D. David has made the decision to step out in faith into a public Music Ministry he feels the Lord has been leading him toward for some time. Playing and singing Contemporary Christian, Gospel, Country and Original selections, D. David says, "I have been singing since I could stand on the church pew between my mother and father." With many years as a performer/entertainer to his credit, he spent several years performing with a professional touring band singing and entertaining on the regional level. Then locating and working in Nashville, TN for several years, he was the opening act for such country stars as George Jones, Tanya Tucker and Jerry Reed and he once sang with Ray Price and Lynn Anderson. He has a wide variety of music and musical styles in his repertoire including his own original music. The Lord has led D. David to this Music Ministry and back to his gospel roots where he hopes to be a part of The Lord's plan for salvation and revival in our times.
